1 year ago I had reached the end of my patience. I ended up spending the entire weekend silently crying. I was exhausted. I couldn’t do it anymore.

Despite everything that’s happened. I can’t help but miss my husband.

It’s not your fault. You don’t need to understand what I’ve been through.

I’ve never lived alone before, but these are the steps I’ve taken to not be lonely and to create my sanctuary.

The transition of my husband moving out of the home we’d shared for four years, wasn’t easy.
